• How long is the demo?
  30 minutes, tailored to your venue. We focus on the features most relevant to you.
• Who will I be talking to?
  A real person from our small Zürich team, never a call centre. Demos and onboarding are run by Diana or Eliz, who tailor the session to your venue.
• Can the demo be in German or French?
  Yes. We're a Swiss team and run demos in English and German, and we can usually accommodate French too, just let us know what your team prefers.
• Is it really free?
  Yes, no credit card needed. The platform is free to register and free to use, with a 1%* fee only on payments processed through Openevent.
• Who is Openevent for?
  Agencies, nightclubs, conferences, catering, hotels and restaurants. If you run events, Openevent adapts to the way your team already works.
• Where is my data stored?
  Your data lives in Switzerland. Openevent is Swiss made and secure by design, encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Do I need to prepare anything?
  No, just show up. We'll do all the legwork.
• Can I get started on my own without a demo?
  Of course. You can sign up free and start right away, and Quick Setup can even build your account from your existing website. The demo is there if you'd like a guided walkthrough, but it's never required.
• I'm not ready for a demo, can I just ask a question?
  Absolutely. Switch to "Send us a message" above and we'll reply within one business day.
