Openevent charges 1%* on processed payments, pays out to your own Stripe instantly, and the customer data stays yours.
- Yes, every promoter gets their own tracked link and code, sees their live sales, and you see exact attribution and what each one is owed. No spreadsheets, no disputes over who brought whom, no manual reconciliation on a Monday morning.
- No. Ticket money goes straight into your venue's own Stripe account the moment a ticket sells, we never hold or touch it. You can pay your DJ fee, your sound engineer or your liquor invoice on Friday afternoon from money sold for Saturday's event. Most platforms hold funds for 3–7 days after the event and keep a 20% reserve; we don't.
- 1%* of what you process through Openevent. That's it, no per-ticket service fee, no monthly subscription, no setup cost. Stripe's standard card fees are separate and go to Stripe, not us.
