Common questions

  • Yes. Every client gets its own workspace with its own team, files, pipeline, offers and invoices, fully separated by default. As the agency, you get a master view that rolls everything up; your clients only ever see their own workspace.
  • It looks like whichever brand you choose per client. Logos, colours and sender addresses on offers, invoices, ticket pages and confirmation emails are set per workspace, so each client experiences their own brand (or yours). No "Powered by Openevent" footer on client-facing assets.
  • No per-seat pricing. Openevent is free to register and free to use for most features; agencies pay 1%* on payments processed through the platform (Stripe fees separate). Internal staff, client logins and supplier access are all included, no seat blocks, no per-login surcharge.
  • Yes. External access is scoped per workspace and per role, a caterer working on Client A's gala can only see Client A's gala, not Client B's launch event or your master pipeline. Permissions are granular: see only, comment, approve or edit specific sections.
  • Yes. Openevent has three reporting layers, per event, per client, and master across the agency, so you can answer "how did this gala perform" and "what's our pipeline across all 14 clients this quarter" without exporting to spreadsheets. Budgets, payments processed and outstanding invoices roll up automatically.
