- Openevent connects directly to Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Stripe, Notion and Bexio out of the box. Beyond that we extend per industry, PMS sync for hotels, accounting for catering, reservations platforms for restaurants. Where a direct integration doesn't exist yet, ICS feeds and our API cover it.
- Yes, Openevent is free to register and free to use for most features. We charge 1%* on payments processed through Openevent. Stripe fees are separate. Operations processing more than 10 million per year can discuss private pricing with our team.
- Both. There's no minimum size, no contract and no monthly fee, so a single promoter running occasional nights and a multi-venue group use the same platform. You only ever pay 1%* on what you actually process.
